At Hickling House, we provide dedicated day care for people living with dementia, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, offering warm, expert support across Derby, South Derbyshire, and Staffordshire. We also welcome anyone who's simply feeling lonely, isolated, or would benefit from support with mobility — our doors are open to all older adults who'd value some company and care during the day, not just those with a diagnosed condition.

Every visit includes a two-course home-cooked lunch, refreshments throughout the day, and a programme of activities designed around our clients' needs — from chair-based exercise and arts and crafts to music, memory games, and time in our garden.

With over 30 years in the care profession, we've built a service that families trust — many of whom tell us it's the small, personal touches that make the biggest difference.
