"Professional, affordable and friendly day care service"
Well where do I start? My Mother has been attending Hickling House day care for several weeks now and I can't recommend it highly enough. For anyone who's lonely looking for social interaction or even if it's a family carer in search of carer relief then this day care is perfect and affordable. I was initially unsure whether my Mother would settle into a group setting without my Father being present however I needn't have worried. The ladies are so friendly and approachable, and adapt the sessions depending on individual needs. My Mother now looks forward a day of independence without my Father (and the home cooked meal provided) and my Father enjoys a 'rest' day from being her carer. Thank you Hickling House day care!!

"Hickling House Elderly Day Care"

Mum has attended Hickling House Elderly Day Care in Hilton Village Hall for several weeks; enough for us to appreciate that the meals and activities are consistently excellent.

On 18th July a lovely party was put on for mum's birthday which surprised and delighted her. Despite her dementia she recalled it clearly afterwards and with cheerfulness.

The activities are carefully considered so that visitors find it stimulating and good company.

Excellent all round attention to detail and highly recommended.

However, we know how important it is for members to maintain a sense of independence and our team do everything possible to assist with this. We specialise in care for those with dementia, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.
